What accessories come with my device?
All our refurbished devices come with accessories including acable and AC plug. These are compatible but not original to the manufacturer equipment.
What are our grades?
Our grades correspond to the state of external wear of our refurbished products. We have created a simplified and clear cosmetic classification system that precisely defines the grade of each device:
Premium: Our Premium devices come with 90% battery life, exceeding the industry standard of 80%. The body and screen will show little-to-no signs of use, functioning as if new out of the box. Our highest quality grade available, premium devices are meant to go the distance.
Excellent: Our Excellent iPhones may have very light micro-scratches on the body that are not noticeable with normal use. The screen might show some extremely light signs of use, but these are not visible when the device is in use. These devices function like new.
Good: Good devices will have some light scratches on the body or possibly a small dent or two. The screen may also show very light signs of use, but these are not noticeable during regular use. Despite these cosmetic imperfections, the device operates like new.
Fair: Fair devices exhibit more pronounced cosmetic wear, such as slightly deeper scratches or dents on the body. Screens may have light scratches that are slightly visible when the device is on. Even with these signs of wear, the device functions perfectly.
Each grade reflects only the cosmetic condition, as all iPhones undergo the same rigorous testing to ensure they perform flawlessly.
What is the battery health of my device?
The battery life of a refurbished device from Loop Mobile is rigorously tested to meet our high standards. Our premium-grade devices come with an enhanced 90% battery health, which exceeds the typical 80% standard found in most refurbished tech companies. For those seeking even more assurance, we offer devices with a New Battery, providing 100% battery health. Alternatively, if you're a casual user looking for a more budget-friendly option, you can choose a device with an Original Battery, which ensures 80% battery health. While some natural battery wear is expected in pre-owned devices, we ensure that the battery performance is reliable and sufficient for everyday use.
What is the warranty?
All our refurbished products have a 12-month warranty that covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft. Dyson products include a 12-month warranty direct from Dyson.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders received before 1pm are shipped on the same day - You’ll receive your order before you know it! We use courier tracking numbers for every order, you will be able to follow your package from shipment to your door.
